FESTIVAL OF COMMEMORATION OF SAINT ANDREW
The Grand Priory of Scotland cordially extends an invitation to you to attend its annual Festival of Commemoration of Saint Andrew, Patron Saint of Scotland, which is to take place at Balgonie Castle, near Markinch, on Saturday the 19th of November 2011.
First held by the Grand Priory in November of 1980, the Festival is a convivial celebration not only of Scotland’s Patron Saint but also of the country’s rich traditions in music and song.
The Order of the day is as follows;
Festival of Commemoration of Saint Andrew – 2.30pm for a prompt 4.00pm commencement.
Retiral – to the Great Hall for refreshment and entertainment – 5.30pm
Dinner – 7.00pm
Dress: Formal, Highland Dress, Dinner jacket or uniform. Orders to be worn.
Friends of Chivalry are welcome to attend.
Hotel accommodation is available.
