Toute la journée - arrivée à l'aéroport de Sofia et transport vers la ville de Plovdiv /Philipopolis/ (Sofia - Plovdiv, voyage environ une heure).

A partir de 17h - accueil - réception

De 19h au 21h - diner -

21.30h - veillée d’armes -

Samedi 13 novembre:

A partir de 9.30h au 12h - visitez la vieille ville de Plovdiv

12.30h - 14.30h - déjeuner - la vieille ville

17h - 19h - Rituel avec Adoubement et Investiture - 

21h - Dîner de Gala -

Dimanche 14 Novembre:

08h - 12h - petit déjeuner et départ -

Veillée d’armes:

(Exclusivement pour les Chevaliers OSMTH et les postulant ou écuyers qui seront adoubés le lendemain):

Chevaliers: manteau (cape), croix de l’Ordre et gants blancs

Cérémonie d’adoubement et Investiture:

Chevaliers: habituel dans votre prieuré + cape, croix de l’Ordre, insignes de l’Ordre, gants blancs

Invités : tenue de ville

Diner de Gala:

Chevaliers: tenue de gala (smoking), croix de l’Ordre et insignes de l’Ordre

Invités: au moins tenue de ville, de préférence tenue de gala

Jeans et vêtements de loisir seront refusés.

Friday, the 12^th November:

The whole day – arrival at the airport Sofia and transport to the city of Plovdiv /Philipopolis/ (Sofia-Plovdiv will take about 1 hour).

From 5 o’clock p.m. – welcome – reception Plovdiv, Park Hotel St. Petersburg

From 7 o’clock p.m. till 9 o’clock p.m. - dinner (buffet) - Park Hotel St. Petersburg Business restaurant

9:30 o’clock p.m. - vigil of the sword - Park Hotel St. Petersburg – conference hall

Saturday, the 13^th November:

From 9.30 o’clock a.m. till 12 o’clock p.m. - visit of old and ancient Plovdiv, the old part of the city

From 12.30 - 2.30 o’clock p.m. - lunch - the old part of the city, restaurant Puldin

From 5 - 7 o’clock p.m. - Ritual with Accolade and Investiture - Park Hotel St. Petersburg – conference hall

9 o’clock p.m. - Gala Dinner - Park Hotel St. Petersburg – Gala Restaurant

Sunday, the 14^th November:

From 8 o’clock a.m. till 12 o’clock a.m. breakfast and departure

Clothing

Vigil of the sword

(Exclusively for OSMTH Knights, squires and postulants, which will be knighted the next day):

Knights: mantle (cape), Cross of the Order and white gloves

Ceremony with Accolade and Investiture

Knights: usual cloths for the Priory + cape, Cross of the Order, badges of the Order, white gloves

Guests: at least attire

Gala Dinner

Knights: evening dress, dinner-jacket, crosses and badges of the Order

Guests: at least attire, preferably formal wear

Jeans and casual wear will be refused.
